Yung Joc has eight children.

The state of Georgia believes he abandoned at least one of them.

Joc was pulled over last week in Gwinnett County, Georgia.  When the cops ran his plates they found he had an outstanding warrant for abandonment of a dependent child.

The rapper turned Love & Hip Hop figure was arrested, booked, and bailed out for $1300 by morning.

It's unclear which of Joc's kids was abandoned.  Joc notoriously attacked his 20-year-old son Amoni Robinson with a chair during an argument captured by Love & Hip Hop, but he's too old to be legally abandoned.
