Young Thug is locked up and awaiting trial for RICO; Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; VGCSA-Possession Of A Schedule III, Iv Or V Controlled Substance With Intent To Distribute; Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony, Possession Of Sawed-Off Shotgun; Sawed-Off Rifle, Machine Gun, dangerous Weapon, Or Silencer; three different charges of Unlawful For Person Employed By/Associated With Criminal Street Gang To Conduct/Participate In Criminal Activity;  Possession Of A Firearm During The Commission Of A Felony and, finally, Possession Of A Machine Gun.

He's been denied bail three times and the earliest his trial will start is in January of 2023

But he does have access to Twitter and he's Tweeting out interesting things like this.

"I'm talking with my roommate and we're wondering if you could swim 100 miles from the middle of the ocean back to shore," he typed and tagged Olympic legend Michael Phelps.

While it sounds like Thugger and his bunkmate are trying to think of a way of escaping, as far as we know he hasn't been transferred to Alcatraz or Rikers so we are not sure how swimming comes into play.

Perhaps Thug's former hubbie and speedboat supervillain Rich Homie Quan has something planned ...
