As part of his deal with the government, Tekashi 6ix9ine will have to testify in open court against Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison, who are both accused of the "inside job" kidnapping and robbery of 6ix9ine last July. 

The two men are the only Nine Treys not to take deals, and their lawyers will argue that the kidnapping was a publicity stunt orchestrated by 6ix9ine to juice up his album sales. Ellison lawyer has said his client didn't make a deal because he wanted to make 6ix9ine testify.

According to TMZ, 6ix9ine is scared to testify and worries about the safety of his mother and brother, who he has already spent thousands in security to protect.

He's also worried about his own safety, especially after what happened to notorious government informant Whitey Bulger.
