Earlier this year, Tay-K was found guilty of multiple charges in the murder and robbery of Ethan Walker and was sentenced to 55 years.

The 19-year old was also just indicted in a completely different crime, the murder/robbery of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar. In that incident -- unlike in the Walker murder -- prosecutors say Tay-K was the one who pulled the trigger. 

It's not looking good for Tay. But if you ask him, it's the media -- along with his label and management -- who are making him look so bad.
