In 2015, Atlanta jeweler's Aydin & Co sued T.I. for not paying for his bling.

They claim Tip ran up $400,000 in unpaid bills during their decade of doing business, and are seeking $755,000, which includes interest and fees.

Aydin says T.I. had an open account with them, but stopped paying his bill around 2013.

The jeweler lists seven custom made diamond pendants valued at $145,00, $40,000 in "assorted women's jewelry," a $30,000 blue diamond watch, a $24,500 women's diamond bracelet, a $13,500 men's wedding band, two $10,000 custom-made dog tags, $9,500 diamond hoop earrings, and a 48-carat diamond chain among the pieces Tip hasn't pay for.

T.I.'s lawyer has asked the judge to throw out any debts owed on jewelry sold before 2011, citing the statute of limitations.

Tip has also denied stiffing the company in an affidavit, and wrote that he didn't know about his debt until he was sued. Now Aydin wants to force him to get out from behind his lawyers and testify in court.

This isn't the first time T.I. has been accused of not paying his share; As of February 2016 he owed the IRS $6,211,424.76.
