Juice WRLD's hit 'Lucid Dreams' uses the guitar riff from Sting's  1993 song 'Shape Of My Heart.'

In a series of deleted Tweets, the track's producer Nick Mira explained that they'd already had to pay the rock legend 85 percent of 'Lucid Dreams''s royalties and now Sting wants more.

“After taking 85% of Lucid Dreams (for interpolating Shape of My Heart, NOT EVEN sampling) he threatened to take us to court for trying to get any %. Sting ALSO flexed stealing our money and said it put his grandkids through college ... everybody put a FUCK @OfficalSting in the comments if you real.”

It's unclear how accurate any of this is because neither Sting nor Juice WRLD have commented.

Sting, who had a net worth of $400 million before Juice WRLD sampled 'Lucid Dreams', did joke about the track's royalties putting his grandkids through college during an interview in which he also praised 'Lucid Dreams' as a "beautiful interpretation that is faithful to the original song’s form."

Update: Juice Wrld has weighed in.
