Rory and Mal are free of Joe Budden, and are living their best life with their show NEW RORY & MAL.

In a new episode, the duo traveled to Detroit Threat Management Center to meet up with Cmdr. Brown, a self-defense instructor who has been dominating social media as of late. 

In the video, Rory and Mal learn that Brown's tactics are not a joke, and even Rory sheds some blood before the meet-up is over.
