Lil Wayne has influenced an entire generation of young rappers.

During a new interview with DJ Khaled,  Tunechi spoke on the rapper who influenced him the most when he was a teenager making hits with the Hot Boys and then as a solo artist.  It turns out it was Missy Elliott

"Missy Elliott.  That was may favorite rapper," he said when Khaled asked who influenced him during his Block Is Hot, 'Block Burner' days. "That would be why I was making so many sounds. Missy was into the who;e -- brrrr -- all that.  The whole heehajee. And so when Mannie Fresh would get you in the studio, he going remind you 'hey, you need to throw that ha-ha in there.' I was like 'man, he want me to do a sound for every damn line.' And so the 'Block Burner' song was my best favorite song because my favorite artist was Missy Elliott."

Is Missy Elliott the most underrated in the game?
