Kwame Brown's been going nuts the week, flaming all who would put any shade on his name.

One of his targets has been Breakfast Club host Charlamange, who recklessly spoke on the unusual number of murderers in Kwame's nuclear family.

Brown struck back.

"You wanna talk about a brother that I never met? That my father had children outside of his marriage? Just like DJ Envy cheatin' ass?. "So, I'm wrong because my father had a son at the time that I never met, so you go put out to the world like I'm some killer, when I asked these gentlemen and they said they was joking. So, now it's time to light you little rapist ass up, too."

"We gon' find that girl you raped, punk. Allegedly. Matter of fact, we ain't gotta say allegedly 'cause you on the docket, b*tch.

CTG didn't like the fact that Brown said he has rape on his paperwork because it's not quite true.  He was accused of drugging and raping an underage girl when he 22.  However, he ended up pleading to a lesser charge.

CTG's lawyer's reminded Brown that in a cease & desist letter.

Kwame commented on CTG's legal move.

"My opinion of you, is you're a piece of sh*t.  So let me retract everything I said of you, sir. You're not the r word, but we know what you did, but technically the legal term is you pled to a lesser charge of delinquency of a minor ... but I'm still not going to let the gas off you.  You lesser charge a$$ bitch..  You delinquency of a minor bitch," Brown said.
