Last year, Kodak Black was arrested after his GPS led him through Canada on a trip between Detroit and Boston.
The issue was he had drugs and guns in his car and the border patrol on the US side of the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge busted him for it.
Three weeks ago, Kodak pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in that incident but was awaiting sentencing.
Today, Kodak found out he will be serving an additional 12-months in prison for his crimes.
The good news is that the sentence will run concurrently with the 46-month federal sentence he is currently serving for lying on a firearm application.
His federal release date is August 14th, 2022.
