They're not letting Kevin Gates breathe.

Right after he was released from a Florida prison after serving most of his six month sentence for girl kicking he was jailed again.  This time it was for weapons charges, including aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, in Illinois.

He is being held without bail, and will be behind bars in Florida until Illinois authorities transfer him to the state sometime within the next 30 days.

Gates's wife Dreka jumped on IG and updated the situation.
