But Drink Champs host NORE gave everyone a little sip.

In this clip, Kanye makes a bold claim about Drake.


"Drake, Drake is the greatest rapper, ever," Ye declares.

Is this the case?  Or is it further true that Kanye is suffering through a serious mental health event?
