Kanye West is not happy that Lil Durk's label 300 Records wouldn't clear Smurk for work on Ye's upcoming album.
So now he's attempting to buy Durk's contract from 300 boss Todd Moscowitz.
Moscowitz ultimately cleared Durk to be on Ye's new track "Vultures."
So, their disagreement is over something else.
TMZ calls the rights fight between Ye and Moscowitz a "paperwork battle".
Durk was in Dubai this weekend with Kanye, so we imagine that Smurk would like Ye to win that fight.
Although in the past, Durk hasn't always been that respectful of his Chicago elder.
