Joe Budden thinks Nicki Minaj is on drugs, mainly due to a few internet scuffles she's recently gotten into.

In June, she insulted someone who asked her about donating to Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, who was killed in The Bronx by a group of teens. And last week she sent a nasty message to a writer after the writer gave an opinion about her music.

Joe believes both of those things and other past behavior means she's on drugs.

“Let’s all try to guess the drugs that Nicki Minaj is on," he said on his podcast. “Somebody should watch her usage. Nicki Minaj is 100 percent on something.” 

He also said this video of the Young Money rapper looking intense while opening a bunch of Chanel packages was his "confirmation" that she's on drugs:

Plus, Joe said that Meek Mill, Nicki's ex, hinted that she was on pills at the same time he was on them.

“Meek talked about it,” he stated. “Meek talked about him being hooked on pills when he was with her.”

To prove his point, the podcast host read the very message that Nicki sent to that writer and said it's another indication that she's using. On top of that, Joe said she has a history of speaking to people poorly and often argues with folks online, which he sees as another sign.

“But Nicki be in The Shade Room’s comments clapping at people,” he said. “To me that reeks of pill usage, because pills make you react and respond.”
