The partnership between JAY-Z, Roc Nation and the NFL has an additional benefit to Hov that we are just learning about.

TMZ is reporting JAY-Z will soon be announced as a co-owner of an NFL team.

What team has yet to be disclosed 

JAY-Z famously owned one and a half percent of the Brooklyn Nets, but sold his share in 2013 because Roc Nation wanted to get into player representation and the NBA had rules against agents owning teams.

NFL has different rules, and the league  doesn't consider JAY an agent because "he doesn't take part in the operations of the NFL players in Roc Nation."
