Gucci Mane spoke about his past drug use and said he'd be dead if he didn't stop.
"I think the drugs would have killed me," he told Zane Lowe, while promoting his new Evil Genius release.
He then admitted that prison probably saved his life from a drug-related death and also talked about drugs impact on society.
"Drugs are always going to be a part of society," said Gucci, who recently labeled himself the greatest rapper alive. There's always going to be people fighting, and there's always going to be death. It's always going to be a part of music ... Just think about Rock and Roll stars before there was Hip Hop. It's never going to go nowhere."
