It almost seems like once a year French Montana says that Max B will be released from prison and this year is no different.

On Monday, January 9, the Bronx rapper shared the video for Max's song “Lemonade,” which is on French’s Coke Boys 6 mixtape.

"MY BROTHER WAS FACING 75 YEARS .. HE TOLD ME TO TELL YALL HE‘LL BE HOME IN APRIL!!” French tweeted. “SILVER SURFER Live from the can, Free the Count. ‘LEMONADE’ VIDEO .. Coke Boys 6 OUT NOW ON ALL PLATFORMS.”

The Harlem spitter received a 75-year prison sentence in 2009 after being hit with conspiracy charges related to kidnapping, robbery, aggravated assault, and felony murder. The charges came after Max was accused of robbing two men with others in a New Jersey Holiday Inn in 2006.

Do you think Max is really coming home in April?
