As you can see, the 36-year-old is looking buff and sporty.

Ocean hasn't dropped an album since 2016's Blonde.

He attempted to headline Coachella in 2023, but technical difficulties marred his truncated set. Then he canceled his second-weekend show, citing a broken ankle that many folks didn't believe was really broken.
