LaVar Ball won't be back on ESPN after flirting with host Molly Qerim Rose on Monday.

Ball was on the show "First Take" talking about his son Lonzo being traded to the New Orleans Pelicans for Anthony Davis when Rose asked him to "switch gears." Molly is married to retired NBA player and current ESPN analyst Jalen Rose.

"You can switch gears with me any time," Ball answered.

He later said the comment wasn't sexual, but an ESPN spokesperson said it has "No plans moving forward" with Ball on any of its programs.

Do you think the network is overeating or did Ball get what he deserved?
