93-year old Robert Thomas was not happy that his apartment had sustained water damage.

So the Las Vegas senior went to the front desk of the Vista Del Valle Apartments and popped a couple of caps in the maintenance man.

The victim's injuries were not life-threatening. 

"I didn't want to hurt the guy, I just wanted to screw him up a little," the OG said in court after being arraigned.

Thomas, who has no criminal record, is being charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, discharging a firearm within a structure, burglary with a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

His lawyer blamed the incident on age-related mental decline. 

As you can see in the video, the officer responding to the incident opened fire on Thomas, missing. He has been put on "routine paid administrative leave pending the outcome of a review of this incident."
